| Training is offered for counselling skills and substance misuse (alcohol and drugs), particularly for workplaces and employees. Derek has many years' experience of organisational work. He previously co-ordinated a nationwide project for Alcohol Concern and DrugScope that provided training, consultancy and information to help employers manage the effects of alcohol and drug misuse on the workplace. Currently, much of Derek's work is with organisations includiing management support, mediation, critical incident support / trauma work, group facilitation and individual counselling. |
